Damaged, Defective or Incorrect

HighTechHighTops will issue a return label if an item is faulty or an error was made by HighTechHighTops. HighTechHighTops will not be held responsible for any return packages lost or damaged in the mail, therefore please keep your postage receipt as proof of postage and value the items at the price in which you paid for the product/s.

    If you have received a defective item, please contact HighTechHighTops with your order number and issue. Once the issue is verified, HighTechHighTops will provide a return label. Do not mail an item back without authorization from HighTechHighTops.

      Defects or incorrect orders must be reported to HighTechHighTops within 7 days of delivery.


      Shipping

      If you have received a shipping notification, HighTechHighTops is unable to make any changes to your order.

        *HighTechHighTops aims to ship orders within 2 business days but occasionally shipments are delayed due to a high volume of orders, holidays, and weekends. Orders placed over the weekend or on holidays will be shipped the following business day. HighTechHighTops is not responsible for any delays and/or damage caused in-transit by the delivery service.

          HighTechHighTops sometimes undergoes periods of high order volume where shipping times can exceed the two business day window. 

            All orders are trackable via FedEx. 
            Please note that we only ship within the United States. We will endeavor to sell worldwide soon.
